What can I do to help my partner with anger issues and he won't try things because they are "too expensive"?

Ask him to picture your lives 5 years from now, he will probaly include you and it will be better ,bills paid off, maybe children ect. Than ask him to take you out of the picture , maybe then he will realize this is a serious problem.
